Yes, it's true.  VAMAI's Adult Mixed Martial Arts is for adults of all levels, background, and body shapes - from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the 'ultimate martial arts experience'. You are encouraged to go at your own pace - Even if you are in good shape and participate in training, take it easy until your body adapts to a new type of move. You can stop at anytime to take a break or refresh yourself with a drink of water. You will feel very comfortable in class.

 

WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS:

When attending class, be sure to wear comfortable work out clothes and martial arts training shoes if desired.
